Community regulations.
Sep. 18th, 2012 03:54 amThe URBa-community is a discussion platform for politicians, experts, public leaders, citizens of Ukraine, Bielarus, Russia and other countries that share different ideological values and principles.
We expect an expert reasoned discussion between the members of the community and our guests and visitors.
This community is created as a platform of communication of different ideological trends and currents ‘representatives in a correct and reasoned form.
I. In this community a publication of the posts that:
1. Are the types of IRC flooding, or fall short of the community subject-matter (oftopic), or are the advertisements of goods (works or services) , are spams (posts or (and) comments like “a shop named … propose you…” or “go to this link and win an i-phone…”, etc.) and use the community for a persuasive advertising of different policital organizations, leaders, units and keep interest for them.
2. Artificially complicate reading of the text (include large images, tape breaking, causticcollors etc.), are overpictured without using, of an LJ-cut, including video and (or) audio a automatic playback.
3. Contain information of an inferiority of any nation, its language or culture (except historical documents quotation), written in a most tactless form, and include provocative or impudent content for an outraged readers’ commentaries collection; include racial or other discrimination propaganda
is forbidden.
II. In this community:
1. A disabilitation of the comments in posts, branch freezing, commentary removal (except personal);
2. IP addresses of the community members disclosure in any form (f.e. in posts or commentaries), private (personal) information publication without permission of the concerned members. For the purpose of this community a “private (personal) information” refers to as an information that cannot be found in any public source;
3. More than 2 posts per a day publication. A previous post removal cannot be the extenuation circumstance for a new post publication
is prohibited.
III. In this community any language may be used as a official one.
IV. The main principle of this community is a principle of the civilized dialogue and respect for the opponents that have equal rights in this community.
Moderation principles
V. The moderation in this community is based on the following principles:
1. The moderation should be minimum. If there is a choice to moderate or not, a moderator should not moderate;
2. Everything that is not prohibited by the rules of the community is permitted;
3. If there is a choice between a lesser or a greater penalty, a moderator should choose a lesser one;
4. Members of the community that are not agreed with the penalty put on them by a moderator, may appeal it for the other moderators in the moderator community
Moderation rules
VI. The moderation in this community is accomplished on the following rules:
1. A moderator may start moderation only if an announcement of a member of the community is given. A moderator may start moderation by his own if only an offence is committed directly during the conversation of an offender with this certain moderator as a member of the community.
2. Penalty application for offenders is applied by moderators with taking into consideration a repeated commission of a certain offender. A repeated commission is a second community rules infringement during a calendar month from a moment of a previous offence commition, no mater what kind of a community rule has been infringed by this certain community member.
3. Types of penalties:
a) for the first offence – a moderator warning;
b) for the second offence committed during a calendar month (30 days) deducted from the commission of the first offence - ban for three (3) days;
c) for the third offence committed during a calendar month (30 days) deducted from the commission of the first offence - ban for a week (7 days);
d) for the fourth offence committed during a calendar month (30 days) deducted from the commission of the first offence - ban for a month (30 days).
Penalties specified in this paragraph “d” section 3 part VI is a maximum possible punishment, that may be applied in this community.
4. A moderator’s decision of the punishment application may be canceled or changed by the other moderators decision that should be adopted in a form of moderators voting in the moderators community
5. A moderator has no right to remove posts and (or) comments of members of the community that are not at variance with this Community regulations. A moderator has no right to appoint assistance or to empower any other persons to remove such posts and (or) commentaries or to execute the duties of the moderator of the community.
6. The owner of the community can cancel penalties, put by a moderator, only in case when a moderator frankly broke a rule (raised a ban for the offence unauthorized or banned a member for an action that is not prohibited by the Regulations).
7. The owner of the community has the right to accomplish a moderation of the community. The owner is also one of the moderators.
