Jonathan McDowellUS tracking shows Ekpress-AM6 is in a 31307 x 37784 km x 0.7 deg orbit, with Briz at 34984 x 39549 km x 1.0 deg, seems to confirm underburn
В переводе на старо-болгарский Экспрес АМ-6 запущенный "триумфально" 21.10.2014 до заданной орбиты не дотянул.
Впрочем, это уже становится традицией, 2 Галилео вообще запустили на другую орбиту.
